Super Schissler Sister Benefit

The family currently has an urgent special need for a vehicle equipped to safely transport the children and their two wheelchairs to their medical appointments.   On an ongoing basis, they will have additional needs for assistance in paying for special therapies and other durable equipment that may not be covered by their insurance. It is our hope that we can help make the care of these loving little children a bit easier for the Schissler Family.

About the Super Schissler Sisters

Please join us in supporting the Schissler family and their youngest two girls, Isobel and Alexis, the Super Schissler Sisters!

Isobel was born 3 years ago and was diagnosed with Spina Bifida. Spina Bifida is a developmental congenital disorder that is caused by the incomplete closing of the spinal cord. Since her birth Isobel has had over a dozen surgeries and hospital stays but through it all has an always cheerful disposition and adorable smile.

Through Isobel’s hospital stays, Emily and Dave came to know of a young child who had Spina Bifida who was in need of a home. Through many prayers, the family started the process to adopt Alexis into their family. Alexis joined their family last year and is a smiley, fun 2 year old that is just learning how to push around in her own wheel chair.
